Personally I would hone the cylinders just to be safe, but they do look like are in extremely good condition engine was very clean inside. It is in good condition the cylinders are OEM factory standard bore they still have crosshatching this crank case used. I thoroughly clean my parts they have been inspected. I have included a photo of the engine identification tag this is just for model reference ID not.

Kohler part # 32 522 07 03 I will. Removed from a 23 Hp Kohler Courage V-twin model SV720-0010. This is a oem factory SV730-3043 engine block.

It had been very well maintained and it shows.
