Details:

Unit assembled IAW JD SM2105 Service Manual. Units parts were media blasted to remove any surface corrosion then primed and painted. Adjustment instructions included. The hub was micro polished for smooth operation then one new JD M 74707 bearing installed.

Ships USPS MEDIUM FLAT RATE BOX, This is a complete kit. Variator was completely disassembled, inspected for serviceability. Very nice replacement variator. The sheave/bushing measures 2.002, and the hub is 2.000 002 clearance.

Center hub and sliding sheave found to be within serviceable specifications.
