It seemed to have good compression when I pulled the starter rope. No external parts come with the engine. It came off a john Deere 48 inch walk-behind mower. The engine did not leak oil when removed.

It does come with oil pan,crankshaft,rod and piston. I don't know much about this engine. The engine is not stuck and moves freely.
