It has a Kawasaki Engine that is either frozen up or some other issue. This listing is for a Complete Exmark X-Series TTX650EKCE, Mower complete and in fair to good condition. All the Hydraulics and Mower Deck worked good as normal prior to engine issue.

Rear tires are all but brand new. Might be something else but no idea as we did not dig into it.
